EBS, This Time, Signed The Deal With Impress Audio Vision Ltd.
Impress Audio Vision, on this occasion, has expressed their
conformity to work together with EBS to quicken the future when an all-around
sense of awareness will protect our cultural heritage from any unpatriotic
practices like music piracy. To be precise, Impress signed a bilateral agreement
with EBS on Wednesday, June 28, 2006, at the office of Impress in the city in
order to authorize EBS, exclusively, to commercially use audio-visual
productions of Impress. Mishu Rahman, Head of Operations, Impress Audio
Vision Ltd. and Enamul Haque, Director Marketing of EBS signed the deal
on behalf of the respective sides. Rafiur Rahman Khan Yusufzai, Managing
Director of EBS and Rafiqul Alam Kabiraj, Director, Finance were also
present at the signing ceremony.

As stated earlier, under this agreement, EBS Exclusively
holds the authority to disseminate in both the internet and mobile phone media
all the audio-visual production of Impress Audio Vision Ltd. As a Consequence,
people will be able to download songs completely or partially from web or
collect ring tones through SMS and GPRS (and, at a certain point in future, from
the web, too) from a variety of exclusive Bangla music and video collection.

EBS & CSE Have Got Associated To Address An Evolution In Share Trading A bilateral agreement was signed between Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) & EBS on Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at the Conference Room of CSE in Chittagong. The Chief Executive Officer of CSE and the managing director of EBS duly signed the contract paper on behalf of the respective organizations. By virtue of this agreement, any Share related information and important business information regarding CSE will be disseminated in the mobile phone media in general and customized formats under the joint supervision of EBS and CSE. This is worth mentioning here that, for the first time ever in Bangladesh, people or institutions involved in Share Business are going to avail general updates and customized information updates (according to preferences set by themselves) of Share Market through SMS, MMS, GPRS and mobile applications by dint of this unique venture of EBS in collaboration with CSE.

GAANCHILL, Kumar Bishwajit & EBS: Adding A New Dimension To The Local Music Market A bilateral agreement was signed between GAANCHILL, an emerging audio-visual company, & E. B. SOLUTIONS LTD., on Sunday, June 18, 2006, through a moderate ceremony at Spectra Convention Center, Gulshan. In the presence of a few invited guests including the personnel from different national news media, Kumar Bishwajit, the renowned singer and managing director of GAANCHILL, and Rafiur Rahman Khan Yusufzai, the MD of EBS, duly signed the contract paper on behalf of the respective organizations and later, the significance of the contract was explained in brief to the audience. At that time, four other directors, all the officials & employees of EBS were also present there. Among other exclusive guests there were- Mr. Asif Iqbal (Head of Marketing, Aktel), Md. Fakhruddin Ahmed (GM, Teletalk), Mr. Shawon (CEO, G3 Communication).

After Signing The agreement
By virtue of this agreement, EBS exclusively holds the authority to disseminate in both the internet and mobile phone media all the audio-visual productions of GAANCHILL. As a consequence, people will be able to download songs from web or collect ring tones through SMS & GPRS from a variety of exclusive Bangla music collection. This is also notable that by commercializing authorized audio-visual contents in the said media first time ever in Bangladesh, EBS marks its strong conformity with the international movement against music piracy and likewise endeavors to establish a fair demand of ensuring justified evaluation of both the art and artists in order to safeguard the sound nourishment of native culture.
